K. Meier has maintained an active commercial, real estate and matrimonial
practice for more than 30 years. He appears regularly before the
New York State and Federal Courts, as well as arbitration forums,
where he has successfully conducted trials, hearings and appeals
for his many business and individual clients. This representation
has included numerous national corporations, including Fortune
500 companies and others listed on public exchanges.

more than two decades, Mr. Meier has been a principal in law
firms in New York City. In addition to serving their litigation
needs, he has handled corporate and real estate transactions
for his many corporate and individual clients. His substantial

depth of Mr. Meier's business, real estate and valuation
experience has also led to his retention by clients to
handle their matrimonial matters, including the negotiation of

Districts of New York and the U.S. Supreme Court. He additionally
has been admitted before other District and Bankruptcy Courts
and represents his clients in other jurisdictions throughout
the United States. He is listed in Who’s Who in American
Law.

Meier was graduated from the State University of New York
at Buffalo with a B.A. degree in 1967. He was awarded a J.D.
from
St. John’s University in 1971. He is active in numerous
civic, charitable and political activities.

J. Franzino has more than 30 years of extensive litigation experience,
at both the trial and appellate levels, with emphasis in commercial
and corporate matters. He has successfully represented his corporate
and individual clients before the State and Federal Courts and has
participated extensively in arbitrations before the National Association
of Securities Dealers and the American Arbitration Association. Mr.
Franzino also frequently represents international clients in judicial
and arbitration proceedings in the United States.

depth of his expertise, and his success in disputes and litigated
matters, has led to his retention by both national and international
law firms as counsel for their clients. His skills in negotiation,
as well as advocacy, have earned him a reputation for winning
the "tough
case".

Franzino is a member of the New York bar, to which he was admitted
in 1971, and the New Jersey bar. He is also a member of the bars
of U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New
York and District of New Jersey, the U.S. Tax Court and U.S.
Court of Appeals, Second, Third, Fourth and Federal Circuits.

DAVIDA S. SCHER |
XXXXDavida S. Scher
has extensive litigation experience, at both the trial and appellate
levels, with emphasis in commercial and corporate matters. She also
frequently represents clients in employment matters, including negotiations
and, when necessary, litigation. She regularly appears in State and
Federal Courts and before arbitration tribunals, representing both
business and individual clients.

substantial experience and successful track record, both within
and before the Courts in New York, have led to the continued referral
of matters to her by clients as well as other law firms.
XXXXPrior
to joining our team, Ms. Scher was associated with a large New
York firm. Previously, she served as the principal court attorney
for the Honorable Helen Freedman from 1988 to1991, and as a court
attorney for Civil Term, Supreme Court, New York County from 1985
to 1988.

Scher was admitted to the New York bar in 1986, and to the U.S.
District Courts, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New
York and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1998.

is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of
New York and serves as a panel member for its Legal Referral
Service.
She
is also a member of the New York State Bar Association,
and the New York State and Westchester Women’s Bar Associations.

Scher was graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa
from Brandeis University with a B.A. degree in 1969. She earned
her masters degree
in urban planning with graduate honors from Hunter College
of the City University of New York in 1971. In 1985, she was
awarded a J.D.
magna cum laude from Pace Univeristy Law School where
she was also a member of the Pace Law Review from 1984 to 1985.
Ms. Scher is
president of the Westchester Chapter for Brandeis University
alumni and has served as chairperson for various alumni activities. |
